Soldiers help students to read and write English in Obock and Tadjoura, Djibouti, March 7-9, 2018. Through key leader engagements and English discussion groups, the civil affairs team works to further improve relations between the local national populace and forces to develop a greater understanding of the Tadjoura and Obock regions, coordinate future missions and maintain access to key areas.
